Get Certified

Certification Process

Self-Assessment: Complete a comprehensive self-assessment, attaching the necessary supporting documents.

Certification Validity: Certifications are valid for 12 months, with renewal notifications sent 45-60 days before expiration.

Renewal: If certification expires, businesses must reapply and pay the initial fee unless granted an exemption.

Suspension: Certifications can be suspended if verified complaints indicate repeated failure to meet standards. Suspended certifications can be reinstated by demonstrating commitment to standards and/or completing staff training
