SMS Program

Recover Hospitality operates a two-way SMS program for employees of partner hospitality employers. Below is the public information required by US carrier (10DLC) registration.

What you get

A private text-message conversation with Recover Hospitality from a dedicated phone number. The assistant can help you understand what's covered by your employer's benefits, find local community resources, and remember your context for future check-ins.

How you opt in

Your employer enrolls you, then we send a one-time welcome text. Replying YES opts you in. You won't receive further messages until you do.

Sample messages

Welcome text
"Hi [First Name], your employer [Company] has set up Recover Hospitality — free private support for navigating your benefits and finding local resources. Reply YES to confirm and start chatting. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies (avg 4/mo). Privacy: recoverhospitality.com/privacy"
